I can’t attend the training I registered for. How can I get a refund?
We’re sorry to hear you cannot attend. Unfortunately we do not provide refunds. In extraordinary cases we may decide to provide you with an alternative training slot. Please contact us to see if you qualify.
Can I change the training I registered for another?
Unfortunately it is in general not possible to change your training for another. In certain extraordinary moments we may allow changing trainings. Please contact us to see if you qualify.
