The Product Owner plays an important role in any Agile development process. Our Mendix Product Owner training offers a robust basis for the Product Owner of any application, regardless of it being developed in Mendix or any other technology.
It teaches the Product Owner to develop the right product with the right functionalities within time and budget according to the MVP concept, to avoid ‘scope creep’. This includes creating artifacts, gathering requirements, writing effective user stories, creating, monitoring and managing the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and consulting skills.
Additionally, the training dives into Mendix-specific tools for the Product Owner provided in the Mendix platform (such as the Mendix Scrum Board, Planning and Epics functionalities) and facilitating portfolio workshops.
This training is primarily intended for potential Product Owners and organizations looking at building up their Mendix Center of Excellence.
